“I recently had the opportunity to purchase a large ticket item and had two vastly different customer service experiences. Now being in an industry where customer service is an extremely large part of my job, I understand the effort it takes to make people understand both the pros and cons of a deal and at the same time make them feel that they are making the best decision considering all the circumstances. When you can make both of these things happen at the same time, people usually finish the deal happy with the outcome and not feeling like they got tricked into something. People that feel they are getting tricked into something do not go away and brag to their friends and peers about the experience, they go away and complain never to be seen again.
